Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction (Expanded Liability Separation)
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of mydeck.com.au and the purchase of products offered through this website. All products sold on this website are supplied by My Deck Composite Pty Ltd (“My Deck Composite”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing our website or purchasing products through this site, you acknowledge and agree that:
- My Deck Composite Pty Ltd is solely responsible for the supply, quality, warranties, obligations, and liabilities relating to all products sold under the “My Deck Products” range.
- The website may also feature or sell products supplied by third‑party brands or external manufacturers. For these products, all liability, warranties, product information, and after‑sales obligations rest entirely with the respective third‑party supplier or manufacturer. My Deck Composite Pty Ltd does not manufacture, warrant, or accept liability for third‑party products and acts only as a curator or reseller.
- My Deck Pty Ltd is a separate legal entity that provides construction and installation services under its QBCC licence. Any services, workmanship, or projects carried out by My Deck Pty Ltd are governed by separate service agreements. My Deck Pty Ltd has no responsibility or liability for any products sold by My Deck Composite Pty Ltd or by any third‑party suppliers featured on this website, and nothing in these Terms creates any responsibility or obligation for My Deck Pty Ltd in relation to product sales.
By using this website or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and do not purchase products from My Deck Composite Pty Ltd.
2. Acceptance of Terms

- All information you provide is accurate and complete.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.
3. Products
3.1 Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. Colours displayed on screen may vary from actual products — we recommend ordering a free sample kit before committing to a full order. My Deck Composite reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time your order is confirmed applies. Freight costs are calculated separately (see Section 5).
3.3 Stock Availability
Stock availability may change between adding an item to your cart and order processing. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or provide a full refund.
3.4 Supplier Disclaimer
My Deck Composite Pty Ltd may offer, display, or make available products manufactured or supplied by third‑party brands, distributors, or external suppliers (“Third‑Party Products”). These products are curated for convenience only.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- All warranties, representations, product information, safety compliance, performance claims, and after‑sales obligations for Third‑Party Products are the sole responsibility of the respective third‑party supplier or manufacturer.
- My Deck Composite Pty Ltd does not manufacture, test, or warrant Third‑Party Products and does not accept liability for any defects, faults, delays, damages, or losses arising from the purchase or use of Third‑Party Products.
- My Deck Composite Pty Ltd is only responsible for products that form part of its own branded range, referred to as “My Deck Products”.
- My Deck Pty Ltd, as a separate entity providing construction and installation services under its QBCC licence, has no responsibility or liability for any products sold on this website, including both My Deck Products and Third‑Party Products.
- Any issues, claims, or warranty requests relating to Third‑Party Products must be directed to the relevant supplier or manufacturer in accordance with their policies.
4. Orders and Payment
4.1 Placing an Order
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which My Deck Composite may accept or decline at its discretion. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched, or when freight is confirmed for composite products.

Standard Products
Orders for standard products can be cancelled any time before dispatch.
To request a cancellation, contact us at info@mydeck.com.au. Once an order has been dispatched, the Returns Policy applies.
Built‑to‑Order Products (e.g., Modular Decks)
For products that are manufactured, customised, or built on demand, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
- After 24 hours, or once construction has commenced (whichever occurs first), the order cannot be cancelled.
